  Terms & Conditions

  1. Any items supplied by Haslam IT, remain the property of Haslam IT until paid for in full.
  2. Any disputes with an invoice must be made in writing within seven days of receipt.
  3. Our preferred method of payment is via BACs (details are at the bottom of each invoice), but we also accept cash, cheque, PayPal or credit/debit card.
  4. Cheques should be made payable to "D Haslam".
  5. We generally cover a radius of 25 miles of Worcester and provide free callouts within 10 miles of Worcester unless special arrangements have previously been agreed.
  6. Any parts supplied by Haslam IT will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
  7. Haslam IT provides a warranty of 6 months on any work we carry out unless other terms have been agreed.
  8. Warranty will only cover defects in the product supplied or poor workmanship - accidental damage is NOT covered, nor is any damage caused due to misuse of equipment.
  9. We off a No fix, no fee policy. This means if we are unable to diagnose the cause of a problem or we do not have the necessary tools or knowledge to complete a repair you will not pay a penny.
    However, if we are able to successfully diagnose a fault but the customer decides not to proceed with a repair for whatever reason, you will be charged for any time spent on diagnostics and/or a callout fee.
    You may also be charged for our time if we cannot carry out a repair due to the customer being unable to provide necessary passwords or licence keys etc.
