We are now starting to resume home visits where social distancing can be maintained, but you must inform us if anyone in your household is self-isolating / shielding or if anyone in your household has exhibited any Coronavirus symptoms such as a high temperature, persistent cough or loss of smell/taste. Where possible, we will still try to diagnose and resolve problems remotely, either by phone, email or over a remote control session but we are now also able to carry out diagnostics within your home or office, subject to social distancing rules.
If repairs are necessary, we can collect equipment from your home or office or you are welcome to drop equipment at our premises but please contact us first to arrange a mutually convenient time. Please be aware, we are still experiencing delays with some of our suppliers and it may take a little longer than usual to obtain parts and supplies.
Unfortunately, we are still unable to carry training sessions or one-to-one tuition at present except over a remote connection.
