Haslam IT continues to operate a limited service during the Coronavirus restrictions. Where possible, we will try to diagnose and resolve problems remotely, either by phone, email or over a remote control session. Where this is not possible, you may drop off equipment to us or we can come to you to collect equipment, but we will be unable to enter your premises and social distancing must be maintained at all times.
If you leave equipment with us, please ensure that you leave full contact details.
If anyone in your household is exhibiting any Coronavirus symptoms, please ensure that you make us fully aware of this so that extra precautions can be taken. e.g. we may ask you to send equipment via courier and we will disinfect any surfaces using high purity surgical alcohol, before any work commences.
At this time we will be unable to carry training sessions or provide our full level of service, but we hope to be able to provide our full service again in the near future.
